Questions about LoN Crusader speed farms

This is my current set up on my crusader

I am trying to gear it up to speed farm GR70 by doing rifts to get gear however, my rift timing averages from 7 mins to 9mins which confuses me as I can 1 shot everything with bombardment and things would die really fast when I ride the steed. I have tried many trinity settings on the forum but the best result I could get was 5mins on the rift but averages back to 7mins in the long run.
 
Change the Belt over to Belt of the Trove, Pants to Hexing Pants of Mr. Yan, and Illusory Boots when you get the opportunity. Belt procs more passive bombardment hits, pants increase your damage while moving, and the boots (arguably one of the most helpful) keeps you from getting stuck inside packs of mobs, thereby making you lose out on the pant's damage buff. I noticed my clear times improved significantly after getting the boots, just for not getting stuck randomly. You also have a couple pieces rolled to armor, which shouldn't be needed, and a couple poorly itemized pieces in general.

Edit: Also check the trinity settings provided in that thread, including waiting on CoE procs, mob pack size, etc.

I seriously doubt you are clearing 75 in 3.5-4 Min...
I am currently at
1270 Paragon
18k+ Str
400M+ Toughness

All Ancient gear with Augmentation. Weapon I am using is Sun Keeper and I can barely clear 73 without dying with 5-7mins remaining... Meaning it is taking me anywhere from 8-10 min to complete a GR73.

Can you post some Screen Shots please? No picture no proof...
 
im running gr76 with 3 minutes or less for quite awhile now, I am pretty sure 90% of lonsaders here can do the same. he has no need to brag about it its just too common.

made my crus with not that good rolled equip run 74er in 6 min average... (and i do not even use the nemesis bracers). but i pick up the experience globes tho :P

Strange. I'm barely clearing 65s lol. Got my paragon levels from my wizard. My crusader is only 1 day old, still trying to gear him up. Thanks for the suggestions and item build.

Thanks for the link. This works pretty well for me. Lowered my timings to averaging 5mins in gr60. Guess I'll have to work on my gears to be able to clear GR70s
 
I believe the Godly LoN setup would be:

Swapping AD for VIT on neck/weap if deaths are an issue. Maybe stack one resistance type over another (I havn't bothered to figure out which element type is most prominent). If your bot somehow doesn't die all the time, swap Esoteric for Stricken.

Priority should be...
  1. Get LoN rings
  2. Get CDR >= 61%
  3. Get ancient quality gear
  4. Get the 9500 thorns stat on shoulders, chest, neck, belt, shield.

My question is this. Since i am new to playing Diablo 3. Did/Do you run Act Bounties 24/7 to get all the ancient gear you have or did you get it another way?
 
Bounties are mostly worthless. Farm grifts for xp/shards and gamble. The shoulders only drop from act1 cache tho, but you can pretty much use any shoulders w/ those stats.

Thank you - if the other guy had even bothered to check the thread I linked, others have already provided 'proof', multiple times, of grifts higher than what I run.
 
I guess you turn the shards in for the item you want and if its not ancient you upgrade it with the cube?

Missing pants of Mr Yan
Would recommend getting Illusory Boots
Missing some CDR (you need 61.5%)
Swiftmount > Doombringer for speeds
Lidless wall > Stormshield for speeds
You have the same passive in amulet and equipped
Thorns seem a little low too

Upgrading w/ cube requires items you get from doing bounties. The bot isn't great at doing act 5 bounties, so you'll end up with a disproportionate number of act mats. Your best bet is just to keep gambling until you get ancient quality items. It may be worth trying to reroll hexing pants and skele shoulders tho as they are fairly rare drops to begin with. Use a barb to gamble shields so you'll get a ton more lidless walls.

What average 81s look like for my sader. 70-75s are doable in 2-4m for me using the edited files from the 200b exp guide using GR 70/71 and t10 for pools.

^^This has generally been my experience.

I let a bot run bounties for 2 days, had 500+ of every cache material except for the Act 5 one got up to 140.

I decided to force Act 5 bounties only and let it run for a day which netted me another 180 act 5 cache materials. If you do this, set your inactivity timers pretty low, I did 80 seconds as the bot doesn't do well with death gates.
