I just upgraded quite a few pieces of GF gear. I went from 263 to 313 GF and only seen a 20kph increase. Any ideas to raise that further already use a loot profile that only picks up rares and ilvl 61+ weapons and of course legendaries/set items.

1. Concider how much damage you loose or gain when upgrading.
2. Sarkoth Pickup range should be at least 12, pref 15-18, so if you upgrade make sure you maintain a proper amount pickup range. For Core of Arreat 25+ Pickup range is a must, but you see significant GPH increases all the way up to 35 and even 40 gives you higher GPH.

And estimate how much more you should be making. 20k GPH on a 50 point increase sounds extremely low.

You either made a mistake somewhere or were just very unlucky in the run(s) you used to measure this.
If you previously made 350,000 gph with 263% gold find, for example, you would now make 398,500 gph.
You probably lost something like DPS, Movement Speed, or Pickup Radius during your GF upgrades that is accounting for the low difference.

You want the following, which are ordered by importance.
1.) 250+ GF
2.) 15+ pick up radius (gear)
3.) 12%+ Movement speed.
4.) 15k+ DPS
5.) + to % chance of critial
6.) +% critical damage.
My stats are as follows:
293 Gold find with 17 picup raidus,
29k DPS (with certain DH rune that causes crit chance to go up every second)
180% additional critical damage
12% Movementspeed
and most importantly 500k+ GPH on average.
I hope this helps.
The only constants you want to keep are 14 p/u (all you need for cellar; anything below and you'll be chasing gold, anything above is overkill) 10% ms and 25+DPS (with a xbow)... Get 350% gf and you'll be making 700-800GPH with AGB.

How do you get over 350 GF? With a 4 socket helm? Spent so much just to get 290 GF and 240 MF.
Well I will have to get at least one more piece of gear with pickup on it then cuz I'm only at 7yd pu radius. I have 12% movement and average around 650kgph up from 630kgph I was hoping to raise it to around 700kgph. So I'll look for an item with some pu radius. Also I do use AGP. Ty for all the responses!!

I get just under 600 gph with 328 GF, 0 MS and 13 pick up radius. You don't need ms as a demon hunter doing sarkoth runs and you only need about 10-15 pick up to loot everything fast.
Adding +17 pickup radius to my 327% gf gear increased gph 100k.

I only loot legendaries and rares and then sort out the rares manually to see if there's anything I might sell/use on alts. Looting anything else and salvaging is a waste of time imho.

285 GF +0% Movement speed +7 Radius and 30k Damage on my DH so I 1shot Sarkoth and the adds.. Before I had this xbow my runs were alot slower because Sarkoth didn't die instantly so gph was around 400k now i'm close to 500k so damage is also a factor that can increase your gph

Well I realized I didn't post all my stats so I am getting alot of mixed answers. 316% GF, 0 MS, 30k DPS, 13 PU, I am averaging about 600-650k hitting spikes of 700k(all with luck). I tried some MS boots but lost PU radius and it didn't really affect my GPH it stayed about the same so I just went back to PU boots. Am looking for a 25% GF 5-7 PU Chest atm. So I figure when I do the vault after the kill I will pickup most of the gold right off the bat. Thanx for all the responses !!!
