if i bot on a random battle net account with the same name as my main account, and xfer the char with i bottet with to my main account, which account will get banned, if they would ban a account?

they punish offending licenses of the game, not battle.net accounts.

yes, but will they ban the account which i bottet on, or the main account to what the char was xferd?

They both might get a ban. Usually when if you bot on account A and you send gold to account B (MAIN) they'll both get a ban. Don't let them interconnect!
