Question regarding TripWire

Hello,

So honorbuddy shuts down because of tripwire ok.

But suddenly going offline when tripwire activated can be suspicious so my question is

Can I play wow without honorbuddy running to trick tripwire that I am a legit player? or will I risk myself even more because tripwire is scanning for honorbuddy folders etc?

How does tripwire check your wow? Is it fully automatic or sending screenshot to admins for checks?

tripwire only effects honorbuddy, so if you didnt get banned or wanna start a new account, theres nothing stopping you, just do NOT start honorbuddy (not that it would start anyway because of tripwire being activated) tripwire is set via the honorbuddy login servers, and since they're fully down anyway you wouldnt be able to use it anyway.

the OP is actually half correct though - tripwire is great. it disconnects you from the honorbuddy server and closes your game client when the honorbuddy server's tripwire is activated. cool. But from blizz perspective? "Warden" starts watching your character, and then you instantly log off. Can you imagine how suspicious that is? No legit player would have anything that detects warden and would have no way of knowing if they were being watched. So if blizz collects data for say, a year and EACH TIME "Warden" watched you, you logged off instantly, they can be damn sure you're using honorbuddy.

people log on and off all the time, just because you log off at a one time does not mean you ARE running a bot. because if thats the ONLY metric they used then not only would a lot of botters go offline but a lot of normal people who logged off to go to work. besides not all clients check the server at the same time, over a certain timeframe everyone using honorbuddy should be offline its not ALL at once.
