Question/help with GB2

Hi, I am relatively new to honorbuddy, but I have for the most part got the hang of it. One thing I can not figure out is how exactly does gatherbuddy work. I have kicks profiles and in it there is a folder called [GB2] 1-525. within this folder there are 3 files, The first one is [A] Tony 1-300 GB2 and within that folder there are several file for different levels of a proffession in different zones. The next file is Bengan 300-525 and it contains profiles for different zones/prof levels. The last is a profile called [GB2] Default GB2 Profile [Kick] and it is an xml. Which of these profiles would I use if I wanted to level up a profession from 1-525? How do I tell the bot which Professions I want to level? does it detect the ones I have learned already and level those? Also, what if I wanted to grind a specific herb or something, is there any way to have it set to a certain zone/level range etc to grind a certain set of herb/ore or do I have to download another profile for that.

I tried to be as specific as possible, help is much appreciated.

GB2 has the option of mining and herbing at the same time, or just one.
Some profiles are made to include more mining node or more herb nodes. Check the profile section to find appropriate profiles.
