[QUESTION] Help a newbie

I've started playing (botting) D3 after quite a long pause of 7 months. I have a 49 DH (my only character) with Normal Mode finished only.
Last time I played, I used the Z Kulle grind method to level him up to level 49. But It doesn't seem to work anymore, so could you please give me any tips how to continue?

Also, I wish to start a new Monk on EU (no characters there). How should I level him up?

So there's no grinding method to get around 500k xp/h ?
