Long story Short is Blizzard is Suing Bossland GmbH And BLIZZARD has PAID a FEE to stop them from Selling the Bot in Germany. " HonorBuddy / Demonbuddy "
Hearthbuddy The Newest bot is not being sold in Germany until they know they can with out having any problems. So any Bot created for a Blizzard game may have this restriction
