Question before I buy

Hello guys, I just have some small questions to the questbot.
1. Does it work from act 1-10 with babysitting and do some bosses manualy?
2. Can I use my Lootfilter or should I disable it while botting?
3. Does the bot set up Talent Points for me or can I choose the path?
4. Is the Combat Routine good?
