So... If i run db on 2 account , and in the same time , i play stacraft on my main account .. Is this safe ?
On my main i have stacraft and d3 as well ..

No one can say for sure and guarantee that it is safe but in the past this was no problem

In my experience i have had d3 account banned but other game liscense's were still playable. For instance my d3 got banned but I was still able to play wow on the battle net account. For what its worth.

They only ban the game license on your account, you'll still be able to play all other games And when you get banned it's just a mather of buying a new license on the same account to get you going again

As to running many games on one account at the same time, I can vouch running 2 x Diablo 2 and 1 Diablo 3 has been safe so far. One D2 sandboxed.

guys 1 out of my 5 accounts is getting this error when trying to log in:

My other 4 accounts can all log in right now and when I try to view the profile of the account that can't log in it says it can't find the character, what does this mean?

I've also logged into my accounts page for the account that can't log in and it says my D3 is now starter edition but when i click into it, it says it encountered an error.

Does this mean a ban is coming for me?
