question about using HB ON A unused account

Hello i would like to ask a question in regards to using a old account that i havent played in months to start botting on would this be safe? im new to HB and have never botted but i have heard they sometimes monitor accounts that are new or old suddenly being played alot? please inform me if you know thanks!

There is always a risk while botting

And i dont think that unused accs have a flag on them once they will be active again
