Question about upgrading bot

Hey, i have bought 1 life time session bot, and i want to upgrade it to 3 slots. How exactly am i supposed to do it, cant find it anywhere. Also i dont have my key listed in auth portal. since ive made mistake with email( typed it wrong) so i got key through email, but its not listed in auth page. Can u help me please. thanks!
