Does anyone know if refund is possible?
And how long will it take?

If you got you key around a month ago or sooner its possible.

It would probably be pretty quick.

No, he paid for something he didn't get. If i bought a key with any sort of time limitation this month i would have 100% asked for a refund.

I dont want to yell or be rude, but this situation... is pretty irritating . "They say, theyll fix it on monday". That`s ok, no problem, i`ll wait. Now it`s tuesday and we still have same problems. It`s not ok, am i right? Especially when this kind of "errors" are happening for a long time. Official statement? inconvenience? Not the best words to discribe this s**t. Сan u just say when bot will work properly? 2 days? month? I dont want to be disappointed every time i start DB.

this makes me wonder before pvptool was taken down by Blizzard, how they handled that many users' auth perfectly
