Does rebornbuddy have an option that allows you to NOT skip quest dialogue and cutscenes?

For instance you want it to quest for you but you just want to read and experience the journey, aka "movie mode".

Yes. Skipping dialog and cutscenes in both the questing mode and combat assist mode are off by default.
