Question about new D3 copy after a ban

After being banned, and buying another D3 copy, are risks higher for botting? Like, are you still flagged?
I know theres not a 100% answer in this but maybe experience of people can help a bit

ya dont attach them to the same Battle.net accounts as the ones that got banned and you should be fine

Just make new battlenet accounts. Ive got 3banned awhile ago n been running 4 ever since
