Question about my key

Hi,

I bought TL 1 year ago in October 2013, but in my email i can't find my key anymore (the key was for permanent TL), what do I do next?

Ok I tryed this, but it thinks I am new, so it won't display my key.

I am so sure of it since I asked for help back in October 2013 (this thread: https://www.thebuddyforum.com/tankleader-forum/tankleader-support/136229-tl.html)



Also, since I cant remember if I normally buy the key, would I get an email of it or not?
Because than it would be in my mail, but it isn't for some reason
