Question about Mining/Herb 1-525

I want to level Mining and Herbing on my 85 pali from 1-525. The question I have is what is the proper way to do this. I noticed if I set the bot to Gather Buddy 2 and use the profiles from Kicks Other Stuff folder in his SVN it will gather anything and everything it sees. But it wont train. So I set the bot to ProfessionBuddy and use the Herb/Mining profile from Voltz and now it will train, but it still gathers everything it sees. I would basically like the bot to gather only the things it needs to get to 525. Once im there then I'll selectively choose what stuff I want more of. Could anyone help me out on how to do this properly.

Seems like it finally starting working well once it got away from the elwynn Forest area. Seems like it just likes making random stops for copper in that area and surrounding zones.

It will gather all herbs/minerals it finds within range when travelling to/from the trainer. You can deselect the minerals you dont want it farming.
