Question about login (not re: farmer outage)

Hi guys,

My wife has an samsung galaxy like myself, and she logs in using the hotmail.com account associated with her android. PokemonGO shows two accounts, her gmail and her hotmail, and she selects her hotmail to login with. Am I able to login with that hotmail account with Pokefarmer? I'd like to get the bot to transfer all her pidgeys and rattata's.
