I'm currently running 5 wow instances and it's lagging a lot. All instances have like 30fps, but as soon as I press on one of the windows and what can I say? I'm in that specifik window, the fps goes up to 100 and no laggs at all.

Is there anyway to change so that I don't have to be in a specifik window for a good fps and to avoid the lagg spikes?

As for FPS, you can change the maximum background/foreground FPS in the System > Advanced settings window in WOW.

Sounds like you have max background FPS set to 30 and max foreground FPS to unlimited.

Max Foreground FPS : 200

Max Background FPS : 200

What should I change these to ?

The setting worked to increase the FPS while it's running in the background. But I still have these strange freeze / lagg spikes every 5-10 seconds. Making the screens freeze and the fps drops from like 70-90 to 5-10. What could cause this and how can I fix this? Searching for fast help with this.

Thanks in advance.

Change the CPU priority to "High".

I get the same thing mate. Yet to work out how to fix it. Think it's a HB issue as it only happens when HB is running.
