Question about Honorbuddy Downtime.

How long, approximately, will the Honorbuddy service be down for? I used google and other search engines including the forum site trying to find out a time. Two were closed and I felt incredibly mislead in waiting a couple hours a day for the "test release" thinking the it was an official product release. Concerns and whatnot out, I'm trying to find out what the real wait time is so I don't keep coming back for minor solves ;p
