Question about Heathstone

sorry this might not be related to the bot, but im not getting 10 gold for every 3rd win in playmode (casual mode)
according to hearthstone wiki

10 gold is awarded for every 3 games won in Play mode, up to a maximum of 100 gold per day. Winning games can also allow players to earn gold through completing related quests.

you can get 100 gold every day but im not getting any except the gold i get from daily quests, anyone know why this is happening? is it because of bot? or because i use keep constructed rank/MMR?
any help is appreciated

I have gotten some information back on this. As given to me:

If you've received no gold from a victory over your opponent, Hearthstone detected an abnormal play pattern with your opponent that invalidated the match. It's not an issue with your account or a bug, and cases of this should be few and far between.

Looks like this is currently working as intended. I hope this helps to clear up some of the confusion.

this is still strange when they mention pattern.....do they refer to concede after win?X)

just tried a rank game and im getting 10 gold now guess the problem arises in casual mode when you stay at same mmr ?XD
