Question about filing a complaint in regards to a moderator

Hey again! I currently run 4 versions of HB. I feel i pay foe a certain level of service from HB. When the bot goes down, I read these forums. I don't intentionally flame anyone, or intentionally start fights. I try to ask logical questions and give logical responses. I read a lot of threads and see that threads are closed by ***** often. This includes my thread posted this morning. I would like to know if there is a formal way to file a complaint in regards to ******'s behavior. I do not think he is as good as a repre3sentative for HB as let's say ****** I have received numerous messages in regards to ******'s rampant "forum police" actions. ******, take a few ques from ******, you'll be a happier person in the end.
Please educate me in how i would go about filing a formal complaint. Thank you

yeah,its true i am getting action on useless threads and i already informed via pm (since you sent me one) the reason your thread got locked
