Question about Deathcharger's Reins

Hey!

Just wondering...is it BOP or BOE?
I've heard that it is BOE (or BOU if you prefer) now, but @ Wowhead and ingame Dungeon Journal shows that is still BOP.
This is the item I'm talking about:

And if BOE/BOU...how much is it on your server? Because I can't find any on mine @ AH

It is BOP. If you see one for sale/trade in the Trade channel, it's a scam.
