Question about buying a lifetime key for Demonbuddy

Yesterday i bought and paid offc for a key... 25 euros using Ideal in the Netherlands...

The money is removed right away from my bank acc... But still no key....

Where can i go with my problem... i want my key....

Lowkick. The key should be mailed to you if you use a valid email address. I got my keys delivered instantly after payment and then i got them linked up to buddyauth.com..

I had the same issue 1 time.

Bought a key, made a typing error in the purchase so the key was nowhere to be found.
Anyway contacted support and it was resloved.

They are not the fastest, but get things resolved.

Be clear and polite in your emails, give them all the info that might be relevant such as:
purchase date
purchase remark (ideal)
purchase time ect.
