Question about blizzard's take on accounts

I was wondering how I should create my next farming account?

I currently have my main account and one farming account. No connection between them at all except being played on same IP.

Now i am going to create my second farmer and I wanted to know your opinion on how i should do with the account creating. Should I use two accounts on the same battlenet or have two completely separate battlenet accounts? Going to RaF the other account either way, and play a bit with them both together.

TL;DR Two farming accounts on separate battlenet's or on the same?

Edit:I do have a 85 char on my existing farming account I could transfer to the new account, if that would be a good idea.

Why would you have an account that break the ToU and EULA on your main b.net?
I cannot find any good reason why you would do that; I can only find bad reasons.

Yes, they will not shut down your main account if they ban your farming account, but eventually they will flag your b.net account, and may ban your main account at some point.

Its not nessesary, but helps if you separate them.
Still even on the same battlenet, there is not huge issue, if ur gathering acc get busted. The blizzard policies are very strict, and you need to break much more rules than running gatherbot, to affect the main account, like massive selling gold to the chinese, duping gold etc.
