Question about being flagged (new)

Hey guys,

I am wondering if my account has been flagged by blizzard because the past week i haven't got any legendary's and before that i was on at least 4 a day

just wondering if being flagged causes a legendary loot block or something along those lines.
 
it's just you having bad luck. I don't believe they bother to flag legendary drop rate.
 
yep flaged.. but deleting the char and lvl a new one helps for sure!

true that, got flagged during shark nerf days and no cellars spawned and lvled a new char and i got 10 legendary items my first week at 60!!!

Maybe i should try that. The shark nerf screwed me over. only got cellar once in 5 games
 
Why wouldn't they do some sort of lock on accounts they suspect of botting or more importantly have already found guilty and just waiting for the next ban wave to get them? Why would this be out of the real of possibility?

Blizzard isn't NCSoft/ArenaNet.
