Question about 2 wow accounts / 2 keys

Hey ppl !

I hope everyone is doing fine.

here is my "pb".

I got 2 HB account > fine.

I open 1 wow window with one Hb key
A second wow window with the second Hb key

Till now > all is fine

Here it comes : I have enyo + free Tuanha on my first key and told myself that it would appear on the second key but no.
So, i went on buddystore with my second key to take enyo + wathever i need but it says that it is already obtained.

So here is my question : how can i, on my second key, have what i do have on my first key ?

Is it because the keys are linked to the same e mail ?

I hope i'm not too confusing.

if the keys are linked to the same email cr's should show up on both, at least thats what it is for me.

you sure both keys are on the same buddyauth account?

I'm 99% shure but there's still 1% unshure. Is there a way to verify with my key number (both of them) to wich mail it is bind ?

there is.

log into buddyauth/and go for "keys"
if its on the same account there should be two keys listed as active.

on Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal you can chack if your 2 key from honnorbuddy on the same email. if you register on shop with this email it should work on both honor key´s if i´m right.

EDIT: lpa91 give you the anwser before me :D

So, i found out that i got one key on one mail but for the second, i don't remember to wich mail it is bind.

Sorry for the question (again), now with the second key, is there a way to remember to wich mail i bound it ?

if you dont remember the email thats a hard one :)

you could try to catch up with bosslands support. since you still know the key maybe they'll help you.

ich dachte vllt kann er da auch seine bekannte email adresse eingeben oder vllt über den passwort resset seine andere mail adressen rausbekommen :) naja ich denke er wird über den support es schnell erfahren ^^
