to do what? like turn off vendering?

if you need food and drinks. (any class that isnt a mage) its best of you leave it on, so it can buy those things automatically.

theres nothing worse then your character stopping after every mob to sit and regen, because its waiting for its health or mana to come back.

No not like that, Ill turn the bot on and come back to find its been at a vendor for 4 hours not selling stuff in its bags
