dude you have no idea how much work it is ! you are new just wait do you really think they are doing nothing ATM ???30 dollars paid for this and it's still not working since Tuesday. Get more dev's you have a lot of people to pay you, and its your job.
I also paid money for this but I don't complaine that they need to work hard!!!
so please go outside and play for a few hours and come back and see if it's finished so not go back outside again!
After any big patch expect a week of downtime. They are doing thier job, just obviously not at the speed you like.

i have had this bot for 3 years and never seen a week down or for that matter a entire day they are getting there ass handed to them because they cant figure out how to over come blizzards bullshit they need to either step it up or shut this shit down im loosing money every day they dont come up with solutions on what to do.
You obviously weren't "around" when the server auth issues were occurring then? That was a good 4-5 days of disconnects/downtime. Good things come to those that wait, I'd rather wait for a stable "safe" version then a half-assed rushed because we had too version.

Besides there were downtimes of nearly a week (or to put it in better words: major issues for about a week after patch) in '10 and the board was in rage just as it is now^^
Are you serious? You have never seen a downtime of an entire day? lol Every major patch has some downtime. Heck when mop came out i think there was a down time of atleast 2 weeks or something lol.
As for shutting it down why the hell do that? If you have had it for as long as you have said, you have made back your initial cost of the bot and much more on top of it. So you rather they kill the bot instead of continuing to work on it because its glitchy for you? Its like that old saying, cut the nose to spite the face. Why further encourage them to cut off your revenue?
Also if you dont like losing money, dont use a business model based off other peoples products then (WoW and Honorbuddy), or there will be times like this when you will have to wait on them.

Lies. If you had this bot for 3 years and never had a day of downtime, either you are just flatout lying, rarely use the bot, or never use it. I mean really? Where were ya when MoP came out? This bot wasn't working for the longest time, everything was messed up. They can't help that blizz changes stuff, and they have to adjust the bot, so you dont look like a bot and do dumb stuff
