Questing profile.. to gather?? (leveling crafting professions)

Ok i'm not sure that a questing profile is the right thing.. but here is what i would like to do, if someone could point me in the right direction i would appreciate it.

Using a materials list, say from wow-professions com and picking any profession, could i set up a quest profile, or something so that my toon would gather x number of materials?

for example
Jewelcrafting requires

100 Copper Bar
20 Tigerseye or 20 Malachite
120 Bronze Bar = 60 Copper Bar, 60 Tin Bar
60 Shadowgem OR 20 Shadowgem and 20 Small Lustrous Pearl
80 Heavy Stone
30 Moss Agate / 60 Lesser Moonstone for Horde

id like a profile that mines copper ore until it has 160, then tin, and then even have it continue to farm till it gets x gems.. something like that, does this make sense??

(or instead of farming till it gets x gems, just have it farm 3x the ore so you can prospect it)

I believe this is possible with professionbuddy, someone began a horde mining/jewelcrafting leveling profile.

I would personally love an alliance 1-525 version of this. along with a 1-525 inscription or alchemy with herbalism
would pay $$ if it worked properly.

so i can gather purely on PB??

what im looking to do is gather for leveling a profession on a different toon.. if that makes any sense.

so on my Paladin i want to gather to level JC on my warlock who doesnt have mining..
