questing problems

when i try using hb for questing on any of my toons i have not used it on b4, its getting stuck on moving to hotspot, or runs to level 5-11 zones and trys starting there. all the toon i am having problems with are in the 80s. i have done fresh clean installs a few times and still same problems. it also did this on my other toons that were working fine, after i installed the latest update yesturday.
