Drop rate is ~1% I think.
And well, I do have have other mount farming profiles, but variations of them are already on these forums.
This one I first modified and posted in the original thread to help on reset timer.
But the QB is used was altered so the profile stopped working and the original creator of that profile stopped playing.
That's why I created a new thread and released a completly rewritten one that works
Oh and going to make some small changes and release a new ver today.

Normaly I don't do profiles (my brain don't find them challenging enough, and yes, my brain is not "normal", I had a bike accident when I was young where I got a major concussion. When they did a brain scan on me after the accident they noticed that I have something they call (sorry for bad translation) "Abnormal brain activity", that is that more of my brain is active than it is for normal people, where a person normal uses (5-7%??) of the brain, I use a few more percent, it has it's benefits and drawbacks, I learn stuff extremly fast and I'm extremly good at math and logical problems, however if my brain isn't constantly challenged I get bored, even if *I* don't get bored my brain sometimes think it's boring so it stops paying attention and do other things.
How I like to describe my brain compared to others is, a brain is a HDD drive, my brain is a SSD drive with extra storage but it has faulty search function.
For example, I'm horrible with names, my brain for some reason don't think it's challenging to remember names, so unless it's reminded of a new name ALOT then I just can't remember it. However my brain thinks it's fun to know how to calculate the square of a number, my brain even came up with a formula how anyone can easily calculate the square of any 2 digit number in your head (good bar trick, I've actually earned quite a few beers with that one )
Sorry about the ranting but like I just said, my brain isn't like others and aparently it thought it was fun to share this story).

But back on topic, if you want a mount farming profile and it's not on this forum (or the one on the forum isn't working like you want it to), just ask and I can see if I have the time to help you out

There, ver 1.7 on page 1.
This one will fix those that had issue with bot not taking the portal, if it doesn't then it will manually run back to the entrance.
Tripple checked repair for horde and it worked for me every time.
Optimized the code some more and removed some checks that wasn't really needed.

*edit* And as always please report if it works/doesn't work like intended

just started to do mount farming this was my first profile to try with and had no problems other then my pally does it in under 7 min lol

going to try this on a 501 assassination rogue (running pqr instead of hb combat routines) and the pqr profile i'm using has autostealth, so i'll get back if this works.

edit: works good except gets stuck when the rotation was trying to ambush slabhide and the bot was in the middle of him so ambush was not working.

double edit: same thing happens with singular, the rotation is trying to ambush but the bot is not behind the target.

It won't leave the instance until 12 mins and 30 secs have passed (since you started it) to prevent "You have entered too many instances recently".

That isn't a profile issue, that is a CC issue, I can't control how you attack a mob, my profile tells the bot that we should attack Slabhide, then it's up to the CC to decide how to attack it.
But as there apears to be a issue with Slabhide and rogues I sugest you change so it doesn't use Ambush as an attack and it will solve the issue.

I've made a report in the Singular thread so hopefully Bobby will make a fix for it
But as it is now I guess you can't afk farm this as a rogue, I'm sorry necrohost

Really nice profile. I've just done like 8 runs, unfortunately no mount... yet. One minor issue I find with this profile is that my ret pala 'sometimes' skips the little mage from the very first 'big packs' , and this is getting problematic (just a little bit).

He's ment to ignore Millhouse Manastorm, so you don't accidently attack the first boss, I notised that you sometimes don't do enough damage for him to run away but when you run to the next hotspot it allways runs back and makes sure he runs away anyway so it allways fix itself automaticly

I understand that the profile is ment to ignore him, but for example, it happens quite often (40% of runs) to have the little mage not moving up to the last pack, hence the bot has to kill all mobs from there (the wall doesn't despawn unless the little mage goes to the last pack). Basically, the issue is moving him from 3rd pack to 4th pack, that's when my ret pala doesn't put enough aoe dps so he doesn't move to the next pack (final pack).

Must be doing something wrong, first time running this profile. has skipped the mage and run to about 60,60 where it constantly tries to run through some rocks blocking it's path. Have i missed something obvious ? ret paly if it make a difference.

EDIT: If i manually attack the mage and the rocks blow apart and the profile continues, should the mage be killed earlier on ? I also have to loot the corpse at the end by hand. I'll try a third run.

Ok, so ret pallys don't do enough AOE damage to make Millhouse Manastorm run away, was a issue I didn't think about.
What you could try (alltho, this might make you kill the 1st boss as well, but as rets do so much damage I guess it doesn't matter).
Open the profile in a text editor.
Line 24 - 27 contains this :

    <AvoidMobs>
        <Mob Name="Millhouse Manastorm" Entry="43391" />
        <Mob Name="Corborus" Entry="43438" />
    </AvoidMobs>

Remove this line : <Mob Name="Millhouse Manastorm" Entry="43391" />
Like I said, this might make you accidently attack the first boss (Corborus) but I guess it's not an issue

Ok, Bobby is going to make a fix so it doesn't move behind Slabhide, this will be fixed in the next update

This profile is rly good. Tho I have made about 70 runs in 3 days, man.... i'm gonna be so happy when I get this fking mount... haha

aside from enjoying somehow no actually zoning in when going thru the "portal" this profile works well

problem i was having before where it basically didnt work at all, was i wasnt running singular. if the bot just stops at the end after killing slabhide and does nothing but stand there till it afks and logs out, switch cc's to singular, and it will run smooth.


if there was an improvement to make, it would be a timer for zoning in, if it failed after say 3 minutes, back up and try to go through the portal once again.

But great profile, much needed update, thank you very much.
