Questing Issue?

After HB updated I fired up a questing profile and noticed on quest turn-ins it has a hard time selecting an item to get. Gives this error in the output:

Moving to Type: QuestTurnIn
Selecting first reward as the QuestCache seems messed up and contains no questreward choices but we have questrewards to choose from.
