Questing having issues with behaviors

HELP!!! This is giving all sorts of errors and is stopping almost all the time...do maybe 1 or 2 quest and then stops because it THINKS its done a quest but has not.

Download the latest version of honorbuddy.
http://updates.buddyauth.com/GetNewest?filter=Honorbuddy
Then do a clean install into a new folder. Do not reinstall over a previous installation or move items from the old installation into the new one.
