This is a known issue with kicks quest profile, he is working to fix it. You can do that quest manually for now.

when he has time, just do that quest manually, once you get it completed start the bot again, and it should pick up after the part where it got stuck.

I did it manually and immediately leveled. The subsequent quest also failed. Such a disappointment.
