How do I make the bot start attacking a specific target in the questing botbase?

How do I make the bot not attack a target as long as it has a specific buff in the questing botbase?

How do I make the bot kill all creatures it is in combat with even those that does not target him?

Would really apriciate it if I could get some help here

It is really hard for me to figure this out.
