Questing + Arelog overnight?

So I am planning to quest for like 3-4 hours then idle for 2 hours and repeat overnight. I want to know if you guys have done this before and have been banned?
I think it should work, but I want you guys opinion on this and maybe tips/tricks or warning

I use Arelog and plug in Cava for over a week.

Almost 24/24 and I had no problems yet :)

I started botting like 3 weeks ago. I've gotten 2 & half 100's out of it, and no issues yet. I bot very human-like hours. Hours that I could play myself (if I had the time). When I wake up for work/class, I start it. I think let it bot through the day. I watch it on teamviewer on my phone, and I have Buddycon hooked up to my phone to message anyone back if I get a PM/say/guild/etc. So I would say I'm botting from the morning, until later at night. With some breaks here and there in between that time. I've had zero issues so far!

Just be smart about it, and don't over do it.
 
Just got honor buddy, but have been waiting to use it. Mainly wanted it for this purpose, leveling. Lets saying I start it from level 71, do I need to start it from any particular place in the world? Should i keep the quests I have or clear my log?

Just startup Honorbuddy, Load Kicks 1-100 profile in (load in the profile for your level and faction), and click Start. It should travel to wherever you need to quest and start questing. Sometimes it cant travel there, but normally it can.
