Questing and gathering at the same time, possible?

Alright so what I want to know is how can I setup HB to quest and when it comes close to or flies over a herb to grab it? Or is there a plugin required for this?

it works but it doesnt grab everything it goes by

ive noticed that too sometimes i have the set and reset those options in the settings over and over
