Questing 1-110 -> no Classhall Quest at lvl 100

Hi,

i botted different chars from lvl 1-100 with klicks (standard questing profiles). When the characters reaches lvl 100 there are no classhall quest and no artefact quests. i had this problem with a hunter, priest and druid. there are no quests in my questlog and no available quests in dalaran or stormwind.
do you have the same problems? How can i get the Quests? The legion start quest is done. i have the dalaranstone in my bag.

Dont you have to go to dalaran and an NPC appears and talk with you?
Try that and see if it doesn't trigger it:

Every player in the game will have the chance to unlock their class order hall very early into their Legion progression.

Once you enter Dalaran for the first time after Legion launches, you will be approached by a representative from your class. 
The quest will send you on the chain to acquire your first artifact weapon for your chosen specialisation. 
Once you have obtained your artifact and completed the questline, you will unlock your class order hall. 
The questline is impossible to miss, since it is part of your natural progression through the Legion expansion.

I don´t know if HB has accepted the quest while leveling and then aborted it in some way.

At the moment there is no Quest (!) in Dalaran and no quest in my questlog.
