Questbot won't start

I just copied the entire EB folder to a new char and after setup when I try to start the questbot i get the following error:

[MapRunner] Start
[Replace] A task with the name of ExploreTask was not found.
[MapRunner] Fail to add "MapRunner.MapExplorationTask" Replace "ExploreTask".
[Stop] Now requesting the BotThread to stop.
[Replace] A task with the name of ExplorationCompleteTask was not found.
[MapRunner] Fail to add "MapRunner.MapExplorationCompleteTask" Replace "ExplorationCompleteTask".

Anyone ideas on how to fix?
