[QuestBot] Grinding - Do not Sell/Stash unless x# of inventory slots remaining

I've got the AIF very fine tuned so I'm not picking up trash. I could probably run ~4 runs on average before reaching a full inv. The stashing/selling routine (just to go identify a unique Jade Hatchet Screaming eagle and then sell it and then put the shitty Shards in my Stash) is a real waste of time in between runs...

This is a feature I'd like us to support again, as OldGrindBot supported in a long time ago, but there's no ETA on it.
