Quest order - uncompleteable quests solved (kinda)

ok so im writing a plugin to do quests hb has issues with, i have a start on a 68-80 profile for borean tundra needs a fresh 68 or no quests done i managed to make hb do cultists shrine pickup and collect the antidonte for a soldier in need also plug the sink holes but no joy on tunrin in a quest to an npc upsars in the inn at valiance keep it should be relativley simple to do but no joy any ideas what the pathing issue in the inn is and how do we fix it?

anyone who wants to give it a go just reply or pm and i will post it as an alpha.

do you have 2 68 just to compare normal hb with my profile vs hb with plugin and my profile?

Afraid not, not at this moment in time at least. i have 2 57's working their way up. Hopefully somebody has some nice characters todo a comparison.

quick update i have about 2 levels worth of quests done now including killing the cultists in the 3 places kitchen/docks/jail.

you dont need a plug in to do the cultist shrine, or pick up the fluid next to it for that quest, take a look at my profile, and plug in.
