quest generator ?

i remember for glider there was a lot of site that can generate entire quest profil with vendor etc...by zone, class, race
example :
taskparser
questcode
etc...

is there a way to get the same thing with HB ?
i mean an pluggin or a site that can generate entire quest profil ready to use without any change or addition by the user ?
it would be great if thing like this can be create

We can hardly get perfect quest profiles with an intelligent, thinking human working on the profile.

Bear in mind that back when Glider was around, quests were simple. Run around, kill this, come back.

It's not that way anymore; every other quest requires some sort of interaction. Talk to this guy, use this item on that spot, combine this item with that thing. It's harder to make work.

use cow dude's program (plugins --> free, main subforum), do not include the "user defined" ones and you can get a basis if you know how to simply put 2 and 2 together (make a quest flow)
