Quest bot not showing up please help

this is what i get when i load eb....i try to change from old routine to questbot and it won't even give me the option to choose it. Someone help please im going on 2 days now no questbot

First of all, QuestBot is not a routine, you must select it in bot drop down list which is above routine list.
Secondly, your files are messed. Try a fresh install
