Quest: Blue Salt Quest Plugin For Donkey/16x16 Farm

Would be nice to have a small plugin that would just complete these quests. This just takes some time to do not really difficult would be nice for people with multiple accounts that want there donkeys and farms on every character. Without being ridiculous bored doing them.
