Question is I want to run my D priest as an healer in random groups, while at Keyboard not 100% away, is there a way to do this or do I have to have my own group, or insert every darn persons name??, can i q as healer and just run combat bot in dungeon and it will heal focus???

Just queue using LazyRaider or Enyo using a routine that will work well for healing. I've used Oracle II for priest, myself and it works great. Not sure if Singular will do it well. Running randoms as a healer is so fast and easy as long as you control your movements.

You want to run dungeons.. how?
Using the buildin dungeonbuddy will make it able for you to auto-queue the selected dungeons in the config. Dungeonbuddy will, even with singular, auto-heal, if healer, auto dmg, if dd and auto move / follow the tank.
Either that or use enyo which only will auto-do stuff but not follow around, which is way better if you run current-xpack stuff since some bosses require movement.
