PVPSettings.xml for HB2

Would someone please post his PVPSettings.xml file in here? On my Win 7 machine HB2 is somehow not able to write the file so I have no idea how to edit it by hand.

It's empty here on vista too, so it's not you, it's probably HB2.

All that's in there is:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<PVPSettings />

And in case ppl start about rights and stuff.
HB2 has admin rights, and the file is not write protected (etc etc etc).

So every time I start HB2, I have to fill it out too.

Yes i do use PVP with HB2. As LiquidAtoR said, it's empty apart from :

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<PVPSettings />

That is all it contains

K, it's very strange but after restarting WoW and HB PvP works fine even with no content in PvPSettings.xml.
