PVP Frost Mage, which Routine?

Hello Guys, i have a Mage lvl 90 ilvl 511 and im looking for a PVP Combat Routine.
Which is the best one? I have try all possible Routines for Mage.
But i cant say which one is the best. With Portal i had a very low dmg..
Now im playing with KingWoW Frost Mage, and its okey. But i do better dmg when i play by myself.
Can some help me? I want to play as Frost Mage in Arena (PVP), or do you guys have any tips?

Okey i just read a guide by snow686 on the Portal thread, i will try that..
