PVP CR's we need a good answer.

Hello. I keep seeing you guys deleting post critisizing you guys for the insanely poor way you are handeling this.

We need an answer regarding the pvp CR's, you guys have thousands of customers that have payed alot of Money too get those CRS, and yes we are angry.

You need to find a solution to this, hiding behind "it was a loophole" and "we didnt support" is just beating around the bush, we all know you took 30% of all Revenues sold over the Store, also you are selling the crs in YOUR shop, how can you not "support" it, how can you claim they are "abusing loopholes".

And just to beat you to it, the CRS are customised for arena, and useless for anything else.

You didnt warn, nor give any indication to the community that purchasing CR's over the store was risky, we all know/knew the risk of detection and ban from blizzard, but most of us could never dream you would shut it Down from Your side, and we had no indication that you would do so.

This post will probably be deleted just as fast as the others, but please make a statement on how you will move forward, ignoring and deflecting these questions on this will NOT help the issue.
 
Profiles are usless for anything else then arena... Just got response on refund ticket, nothing.. This is pure fraud
 
Already raised a Paypal ticket for this. I'm asking for a refund from a dev that I bought the CR from...
 
Asking for your money back is Fraud. You accepted the fact you might get banned or not be able to use the CR in the future as soon as you bought HB.

Umm how did I accept the second part? The first yes second part a big loud NO.

we've NEVER supported Arena's. all that he decided was to close that loophole. its never been a supported feature otherwise there would been a dropdown that said "ArenaBuddy" and there wasn't.

The only thing i want is for them to let US use CRs in Battlegorunds/RatedBGs

They can wipe all the PVP automatization, but please let use them in BGS and RBGS

So, are you asking for your money back from Blizzard? You were able to play in arenas using the Honorbuddy program for so long even though it was not supported. Now that they are suspending people for doing just that, you feel you have the right to request your money back for that? It is the same as you using a PvP CR with Honorbuddy...
 
we're ONLY stopping arena's. if your combat routine only works for arena's then you need to talk to your combat routine developer so they can transition it to work in regular battlegrounds, theres no reason why it shouldn't. as far as "supporting it" no. we never did. if you posted in support about how to do it, or it was crashing during it, or whatever. i always said it "wasnt supported" and closed the thread.

so again, thread closed.

if another one gets opened infractions will be handed out.
 
You were given an answer. The CR's were made for PVP, they can still be used for PVP, just not arena's.
Charge backing your card can be considered fraud if someone plans to pursue it as such. Paypal has a return policy of 60-days.

man, no one bought these pvp profiles for battlegrounds, you know it, we know it. you are just beating around the bush on the matter, you are greedy and a fraud. the fact that you won't return anyones money, or any compansation to their loss is a fraud, or just incredible greedy and selfish people.
