PureRotation V2

Is this still being worked on? Mage frost profile is about 40k dps less than PQR rotation.

no we stopped working, this is why we flame everyone in our thread of beeing a noob ;) (the ones that know me, now sarcasm)
we are still working on it, provide a log to see if it is maybe YOUR fault ;)

Okay, i'll get it running and get a log. Been testing it VS SoapBox PQR and its not adding up. I love some of the features like auto Evocate and such but dps vs a dummy is lower than that of the PQR.

Another thing to say, You cannot take dummy tests for granted. I know most classes that I play using pure outperform what they do on a dummy by anywhere form 10-25%.
 
I did a search for "form" and couldn't find my answer and I am sure its a simple one haha. I am in moonkin form and I can't switch out. It is locked, so when trying to sprint or anything else it just switches me right back to moonkin. Thanks for the awesome routine. :)

I understand that, but you can still use it as a vs test. Both "autorotations" at optimal rotation should pull the same dps. However this isn't the case. As soon as I get a chance i'll post longs for both.

again - no log, no help
if u use it with default settings, chances are high that u r currently not using any cooldowns like alter time, mirror images, icy veins, PoM, Ice Floes

press ALT + X right before switching to cat + sprint
press ALT + X right after sprinting is done

nope, sorry to say that :)
but this depends heavily on the developer .. how much he invested to use cooldowns at the best moment, when he decides to refresh dots and so on, so for example while one dev decides to pool ressources for hard /short bursts, another dev decides to spent the ressources when they come up ... which gives developer A a phat burst while developer B will have a good average dps ... in a short test dev A will win most of the time because his burst is much higher, in a combat of 5 - 10 minutes dev B will (maybe) win with a high average dps and (maybe) more damage output

this example is very common, but it depends on how the developer decided to code the rotation, which affects the dps a lot.

but all in all (like stated above), i'm missing a log, because i think u missed to activate the usage of cooldowns, this would explain the big difference between PQR and PR
I know sometimes we are better and sometimes is PQR better, but most of the time we talk abot 2-8k (10-12%) DPS, not about 40k (25-40%) DPS, such a big difference could only happen if we did something totally wrong/ something changed a lot with 5.3 / or u didn't activated cooldowns (i prefer this one, until i get a log which proves the opposite)

Know any profile mage fire PQR to compare? I have 545 gear level and never get top 3 in my guild, vs people whit 530 or less, whit automatic mode

well ... have to test it on tortos by myself
tried now with the current version on svn and the last one (to make sure i haven't commited any wrong parts) and both are working without any issues on the raiddummy
 
Hi, one question, bot anyhow use time warp even i never use special key, can i delete it in the cs. file, or any other solution, i dont want it anymore
