we have only ONE rule
Attach a log, and this is for all people the same, newcomes and the ones that used pure from start
if u (or any other new user) will take only a bit of time to read the first 2 posts, they should be able to fix most stuff by themself, or to give proper reports for any issue
and YES we take us this freedom to presuppose that everyone is able to do so
it takes us much more time to ask everything we need to know from ya, to debug it and to explain what u r doin wrong (or in case there is an issue, to fix it)
u on the other side has to do only one thing
- Attach a log while typing the post that u have an issue.
If a user manages to get the svn link from the first post, we can assume that he had read everything else to especially that WE NEED A LOG!
noone needs to read all the more than 100 pages of replies here, cause on every page u will see "We need a log"
this is a very simple rule for
- Reporting issues with Quest Profiles
- Reporting issues with Singular
- Reporting issues with any botbase
- Reporting issues with Honorbuddy (or any other Buddy product)
- Reporting issues with anything related to HB (Profiles, BotBases, Plugins, Combat Routines)
so not only we need that log, everyone who'S developing for the community (paid ones and also people that develop without the need to be charged) needs a log ... simple but effective, not that hard to remember (since everyone wants a log from u), and not that hard to provide!
We are not part of the support staff from HB, we have no advantages from developing purerotation, and noone of us could by himself a new comp or a new account if the old one was banned and we still keep up our work.
We don't ask for donations in our thread, we don't limit functionality and so on, and as long as noone of the devs decides to flame a user or to be abusive, they have all rights to ask for that one simple f***ing log
We've currently a 24/7 support, and some of us give support while they are at work or studying and i'll backing every of our devs as far as they aren't flaming or beeing abusive!
